We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales department, ensuring efficient processes and excellent customer service.


*Key Responsibilities:*


- Manage and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system, including updating customer records, tracking leads, and generating reports

- Process sales orders, invoices, and other sales-related documentation in a timely and accurate manner

- Coordinate the scheduling of sales appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the sales team

- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing presentations, organizing client files, and managing sales-related correspondence

- Assist in the creation and distribution of sales proposals, quotes, and other sales materials

- Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of sales-related transactions

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the sales department

*Required Skills and Qualifications:*


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- 2-3 years of experience in a sales administration or customer service role

- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

- Familiarity with standard office equipment and administrative procedures
